The CropMetaWeb contains 479,434 compounds collected from public databases (KEGG, PubChem, KNApSAcK and UNPD).
Metabolites
CropMetaWeb contains information on 3,298 Crop metabolites, which were made up of Lipids, Terpenoids, Carboxylic Acids, Amino Acids, Peptides, Flavonoids, etc.
Spectra
CropMetaWeb contains 232,365 Spectra records in total, among which 135,464 records were Experimental Spectra from MassBank , Respect, Fiehn HILIC, Vaniya and RIKEN PlaSMA; and 30,514 MS2T of the crops, rice(4,357), maize(6,155), soybean(5,855), sweet potato(4,283),wheat(4,503), and cassva(5,314).
